About Hannah
Hannah prosecuted juvenile delinquency petitions in Jefferson County before joining the firm, which means she knows exactly which cases a district attorney's office will divert and what a family has to put in front of them to make that happen.
She handles the firm's record sealing practice. That work is unglamorous and it changes lives: a sealed record is the difference between a job offer and a silent rejection, and the waiting periods under C.R.S. 24-72-706 are shorter than most people assume.
She meets families at the kitchen table version of the case, not the courtroom version. Where a school expulsion process is running alongside a petition, she handles both, because a statement made in a disciplinary hearing does not stay in the disciplinary hearing.
